Poincaré e as hipóteses indiferentes
Abstract
This article presents some points of the epistemological thinking developed by the French mathematician, physicist and philosopher Henri Poincaré. Actually, we discuss the role and junction he attributed to the indifferent hypotheses. At the end of this pape, we suggest that this discussion is important in order to understand the trajectory of theoretical physics in France at the tum of the century.
